Terms of Service

Welcome to Huddlemates, operated by OVIA Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the Huddlemates mobile application and the Huddlemates website (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Huddlemates. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

  1. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Location, Health, and Activity Data

Huddlemates may access your location through Apple Maps and MapKit and health or activity data through Apple HealthKit solely to provide app functionality such as activity tracking, motivation, achievements, and challenges. You may revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

  1. Social Features and Sharing

Huddlemates allows users to create and join groups called Huddles to share activity progress, achievements, and challenge results. Participation in squads is optional and requires explicit user consent.

  1. User Content and Photos

You may choose to upload content, including photos, as part of activity verification. Uploading photos is optional and subject to your consent.

  1. Third-Party Infrastructure

Huddlemates relies on third-party cloud infrastructure and service providers to host backend systems and deliver the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology used in Huddlemates are the property of OVIA Inc.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its security, or engage in unlawful activities.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OVIA Inc. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
